2 Year Craftsmanship Warranty

At Craftico Creations, every artwork is handcrafted with careful attention to detail, materials, and finishing. We stand behind the quality of our creations and offer a 2 Year Craftsmanship Warranty on eligible products.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship defects under normal indoor usage conditions, including:

• Structural defects in the artwork or frame

• Peeling or cracking caused by workmanship issues

• Defects in mounting or hanging hardware supplied by Craftico

• Significant texture detachment due to manufacturing defects

• Material or finishing defects arising under normal use

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Mishandling or accidental damage

• Water, moisture, humidity, or liquid exposure

• Direct sunlight or prolonged UV exposure

• Improper installation or wall mounting by customer/third party

• Scratches, dents, tears, or impact damage

• Normal aging or natural variations in handcrafted artworks

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or cleaning methods

• Damage during relocation after delivery

Handmade Nature of Products

As our artworks are handcrafted, slight variations in:

• texture,

• brush strokes,

• color tone,

• finish,

• dimensions,

are natural characteristics of handmade art and are not considered defects.

Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty support, please contact our team with:

• Order number

• Product photographs

• Clear images/videos of the issue

• Brief description of the concern

• repair,

Warranty Evaluation & Approval

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by Craftico Creations. The applicability of warranty coverage shall be determined solely by Craftico based on the nature of the issue, product condition, usage circumstances, and supporting evidence provided by the customer.

Craftico Creations reserves the right to:

• approve or reject warranty claims,
• determine whether the issue falls under manufacturing/workmanship defects,
• decide the appropriate resolution, including repair, restoration, replacement, or any other suitable remedy.

The decision of Craftico Creations regarding warranty applicability and resolution shall be final.

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

• Craftico reserves the right to inspect and determine the nature of the issue before approving any claim.

• Replacement or repaired products may involve reasonable processing timelines depending on artwork type and customization.
