Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy : India

Dear Customer, All our products are specifically made to your order so that we can give you best customisation possible. Our policies also reflect this sentiment.

Cancellation & Refund : We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing order. Your full payments will be refund to your accounts within 7-10 working days. 

Return and Exchange:  We  allow one time 7 day return or exchange window from day you received your order , however, customer will have to package the Painting/Artwork himself for return postage and bear cost of return postage. If shipment is damaged in reverse transfer, we may not accept same and decision will be taken case by case basis.

If any shipment is damaged during shipping from us to your address, we will look into it case by case basis. You are requested to make a video of opening of package.

For customised orders and sale items, we will not accept returns and exchange.

Return and Exchange: Due to international  shipping  and custom complications we do not accept returns and exchange request for international orders.

Please note that we only deliver rolled canvas and Stretched Canvas on wood (DIY) for international orders.
