Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

For Orders Within India

At Craftico Creations, every artwork is handcrafted and made specifically for your order. This allows us to offer the best quality and customization. Since each product is made to order, the following policy applies.

Cancellation & Refund

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• A full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a one-time return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• The artwork must be unused and returned in its original condition.
• The customer is responsible for securely packaging the artwork and bearing the return shipping charges.
• If the artwork is damaged during return transit due to improper packaging or handling, the return or exchange request may be declined.
• Once the returned artwork is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order is received damaged or you receive an incorrect product:

• Please record a continuous unboxing video while opening the sealed package.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photographs.
• Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
• Approved claims will be resolved through a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalised artworks.
• Made-to-order artworks created as per customer specifications.
• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers.

Handmade Products

As every artwork is handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, brush strokes, finish, or dimensions are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects. Colours may also vary slightly due to different screen settings.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.

For International Orders

Returns & Exchanges

Due to international shipping costs, customs regulations, and import procedures, returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video and photographs. We will review each case individually and work towards an appropriate resolution wherever possible.

International Shipping

For international orders, we generally ship:

• Rolled Canvas
• Stretched Canvas on Wooden Frame (DIY Assembly)

Selected 3D artworks can also be shipped internationally, subject to additional shipping charges based on the artwork, destination, and packaging requirements.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges imposed by the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Refusal & Fraud Prevention

Craftico Creations reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or place any order on hold in cases including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website.
• Inability to verify customer or payment details.
• Product unavailability.
• Shipping restrictions or delivery limitations.
• Misuse of promotional offers or suspicious ordering activity.

If an order is cancelled by Craftico Creations, any amount received will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Vases & Ceramic Products – Special Return & Refund Conditions

Vases and ceramic products are made using ceramic, clay, and other fragile materials. Due to their delicate nature, additional conditions apply to returns and exchanges of these products.

• Vases are eligible for a one-time return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to Craftico's inspection and approval.

• The vase must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including the original packaging and protective materials.

• The customer is responsible for securely repacking the vase using adequate protective packaging before handing it over for return.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrect product or a verified product defect attributable to Craftico.

• Craftico Creations is not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit due to inadequate packaging, mishandling, or any other reason after the product has been handed over for return.

• If the returned vase is received broken, cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged, the return/exchange request may be rejected and no refund or replacement will be provided.

• If the returned vase is received in a condition different from the condition in which it was delivered, Craftico reserves the right to reject the return or exchange.

• Customers are advised to take clear photographs and/or a video of the securely packed vase before handing it over to the courier. This may be requested during the return inspection process.

• Upon receiving the returned vase, Craftico Creations will inspect the product and packaging before approving any refund or exchange.

• A refund, replacement, or exchange will only be processed after the returned product passes Craftico's inspection.

• Minor variations in colour, texture, shape, finish, or surface appearance resulting from the natural characteristics of ceramic and clay are not considered defects and are not grounds for a refund or exchange.

• Any damage caused by impact, mishandling, accidental breakage, improper use, water/moisture exposure, cleaning, or relocation is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Important: Because vases are fragile ceramic/clay products, customers must take extra care when repacking them for return. If the product reaches Craftico Creations broken or damaged during the return transit, the return will be considered invalid and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Damaged Deliveries – Including Vases & Ceramic Products

For vases and other fragile ceramic products, customers must retain the original packaging until the product has been inspected and the return/claim process has been completed.
